The minimum renting period is seven days.
A one-time tourist tax of 12,50€ per person could be added, if due, to the rates.
A down payment of 400,00€ is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance of the first invoice has to be paid in full by the day of the check-in. The following invoices are to be paid in advance within a week from the date of issue.
INCLUDED SERVICES
A weekly cleaning and linen change service is carried out weekly during the morning of the same working day. It’s the guest’s responsibility to clean and keep clean the kitchenette and its equipment during his stay and before the check-out.
On the ground floor of the building, a dryer and a washing machine are available for the guests free of charge.
Upon request, if available at the time of the booking, it is possible to reserve a parking spot inside the courtyard of the residence.
INTERNAL RULES
Smoking inside the building is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
Any damage to the equipment and furnishings of the Suite will be charged to the guest.
At the sole discretion of the management, failure to comply with the rules, damages caused to the Suite, delays in payments or a behavior of the guest deemed incorrect, may result in immediate dismissal.
Check-ins can be scheduled, previous appointment, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
