The minimum renting period is seven days. The payment must be made in advance, by bank transfer or POS on site, within a week from the sending of the invoice.
A one-time tourist tax of 10,00€ per person (minors excluded) is added to the rate if due depending on the residency of the guest.
To confirm a booking is requested the sending of a down payment of 300,00€ for the studio Suite or 400,00€ for the two-room Suite.
SERVICES
A weekly cleaning and linen change service is carried out weekly during the morning of the same working day. It’s the guest’s responsibility to clean and keep clean the kitchenette and its equipment during his stay and before the check-out.
On the ground floor of the building, a dryer and a washing machine are available for the guests free of charge. Upon request, if available at the time of the booking, it is possible to reserve a parking spot inside the courtyard of the structure. The building has an elevator.
The Residence doesn’t have a concierge or reception service.
Check-ins can be scheduled in the afternoon between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
RULES
Smoking inside the building is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
Any damage to the equipment and furnishings of the Suite will be charged to the guest.
At the sole discretion of the management, failure to comply with the rules, damages caused to the Suite or a behavior of the guest deemed incorrect, may result in immediate dismissal.
