The minimum rental period is seven nights.
The local tourist-tax of 12,50 € per person may be added to the rates, if applicable.
A down payment of 400,00 € is required to confirm the reservation.
The balance of the first invoice has to be paid in full before the check-in. For stays exceeding 28 nights, the following invoices are due within a week from the date of issue.
SERVICES INCLUDED
A weekly, non optional, cleaning and linen change service of the suite is carried out weekly during the morning of the same working day. It’s the guest’s responsibility to clean the kitchenette and its equipment and accessories during his stay and before the check-out.
On the ground floor of the building, in the laundry closet, a dryer and a washing machine are available for all the guests, free of charge.
Upon request, if available at the time of the booking, it’s possible to reserve a parking spot inside the private courtyard of the residence.
RULES
Smoking inside the building is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
Any damage to the equipment and furnishings of the suite will be charged to the guest.
At the sole discretion of the management, failure to comply with the rules, damages caused to the suite, delays in payments or a behavior of the guest deemed incorrect, may result in an immediate dismissal.
Check-ins can be scheduled, previous appointment, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
